Cancellation and Refund Policy:

1. You can cancel your booking using the RURAL YATRA website or Call Centre.

2. The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 7-14 working days. RURAL YATRA reserves the right to debit from RURAL YATRA Money account, in case of cancellation amount being higher than money already paid by you.

3. Some Property do not accept bookings from unmarried couples, do not accept local id proofs. This information is available to the Guest prior to making the booking. For any cancellations or check-in denial associated with such bookings that are dishonoured by the Property, RURAL YATRA shall be under no obligation to refund any amount to the Guest.

4. Property reserve the right to deny check-in where customers are unable to provide a valid government id or where minor Guests are travelling unaccompanied or if the Property is suspicious of the Guests check-in at it’sProperty. Under all such cases RURAL YATRA shall be under no obligation to refund any amount to the Guest.

6. For corporate bookings, the cancellation policy mentioned on your contract will apply.

7. In case no cancellation policy is mentioned on the Property details page, the following cancellation policy shall apply:

• Booking cancelled 7 days prior to arrival will carry 10% retention charge of the total booking amount.
• Booking cancelled within 7-3 days of arrival date will attract 25% retention charge.
• Booking cancelled within 3-2 days of arrival will attract a 50% retention charge.
• Booking cancelled less than 48 hrs of arrival date will carry 100% retention charge.
• Booking is non-transferable.

No Show: No show will carry a 100% retention charge.
